SoCal Wholesale Roofing provides residential and commercial roofing services, including but not limited to roof replacement, roof repair, attic insulation installation, attic ventilation, rain gutter installation, roof cleaning, solar installation, and escrow roof inspections throughout Los Angeles County, Orange County, and surrounding areas in Southern California. All services are performed by licensed contractors under California State License Board (CSLB) License #1142724.

SoCal Wholesale Roofing provides a 10-year workmanship warranty on roofing installations and a 1-year workmanship warranty on attic insulation installations, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in your individual project contract. Manufacturer material warranties are separate and subject to the terms set by each manufacturer. Warranty coverage may be voided by unauthorized modifications, improper maintenance, acts of God, or other conditions specified in your warranty documentation.
